Return policy

How long can I return the goods?

Returns can be made within 7 days from the date of receiving all goods. Please contact us immediately. Returns will not be 

accepted 7 days after the date of receipt of the goods.

ConditionAll items must be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by their original packaging and all labels. Any item that 

appears to have been installed, used or changed in any way is not eligible for a refund. In most cases, the original shipping fee

 (if any) is non-refundable.

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including bolts, gaskets, flanges, customs clearance products, and

 items marked as non-returnable and non-exchangeable. If there are any problems with the above projects, please contact our 

support center first.

The shipping fee is free for each customer's first return (except for the customer's own reasons). Starting from the second return,

 the return shipping fee is at your own expense. Please contact our support center for returns.

How to apply for after-sales service?

Please send a detailed description of your requirements (including product model, problem phenomenon, purchase voucher, etc.) 

to our after-sales service email: lg@xblgfm.com. We will reply with the handling plan within one working day. Thank you for your

 support and understanding! .

Important Notice:

To return the package, please contact our customer service department to obtain the return address. Please do not send the returned 

goods to the sender's address on the package.

Refund:

PayPal account refund: up to 48 hours

Credit card refund: 7 to 14 working days

Wallet refund: up to 24 hours

Refunds for some debit and credit cards cannot be made to the original payment account. In this case, we will ask the customer to provide 

the PayPal account under their name to complete the refund. Thank you for your understanding.
