The Z15X internal thread gate valve is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals,

 and power, and is used for opening and closing on pipelines carrying steam, water, and oil media. The movement forms of 

the valve stem include the lifting stem type (the valve stem rises and falls while the handwheel does not) and the lifting and 

rotating stem type (the handwheel and the valve stem rotate and rise and fall together, with the nut set on the valve body). 

When the cast iron internal thread gate valve is opened, if the opening height of the valve disc is 25% to 30% of the nominal 

diameter, the flow rate has been reached, indicating that the valve has reached the fully open position. Therefore, the fully 

open position of the stop valve should be determined by the stroke of the valve disc.
