Product Overview of SP15F Threaded Digital Balance Valve

The fixed locking balance valve produced by our factory is a new type of energy-saving valve with special functions. 

As this valve is equipped with an opening digital display, a digital locking device, it can be directly adjusted to any position, 

and a pressure measurement word for flow measurement.

This fixed locking balance valve is mainly applied in the heating pipe network systems of industrial and civil buildings. It has

 excellent flow characteristics. With it, the pressure drop and flow rate can be accurately adjusted, the flow rate can be reasonably 

allocated, and the flow rate can be quantified. It can effectively solve the problem of uneven room temperature in heating 

(air conditioning) systems. As long as digital locking balance valves of appropriate specifications are installed on each branch and

 user inlet, and then locked after one-time debugging with a dedicated intelligent instrument, the total water volume of the system 

can be controlled within a reasonable range, thereby overcoming the unreasonable phenomenon of "large flow and small temperature

 difference". The application of this valve has achieved good results in balancing the liquid in the pipeline network and saving energy. 

This product is an ideal one in the heating system
